[IMPORTANT] To submit an abstract, authors must create an account. Then they can submit the abstract by logging in to their account. The manuscript (full paper) can be submitted only after authors submit their abstract. The whole submission process is done fully online (NOT by email) to guarantee smooth administration. Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and Letter of Invitation (LoI) can be downloaded directly from your account once your abstract is accepted to be presented at the conference.
The conference will implement a rigorous process of reviewing. Call for papers will be announced on the website. Prospective participants will have to submit their abstracts. All abstracts will be reviewed and only selected abstracts will be accepted. Authors whose abstracts are selected, will have to submit full papers. Guest editors will select which paper that can undergo peer review process. Selected papers will be blind reviewed. One paper will be reviewed by two reviewers. All reviewers will have previous experience with either publishing a journal article or becoming a reviewer. Each paper will then be returned to the authors. The peer review process will undergo three stages. The whole process will be completed by editorial meeting to decide which article can be published in the proceeding.
